This week I interviewed Graham Young, the Chief Editor and Founder of On Line Opinion, via Skype. He talked about where he thinks journalism and publishing might be heading. Along the way we talk about Graham’s ten years in online public affairs, The Punch, left and right online, and possible futures for online news services, bundled and unbundled.
You’ll hear that Graham’s more bullish about the future than David McKnight, and perhaps a little more critical of journalism as it stands. Interestingly, he says that advertisers need to come to terms with the idea of paying more for online advertising, which he sees as underpriced for various reasons.
